Tyrone Ruales grew up in Lincoln, Rhode Island. He attended Johnson and Wales University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. Mr. Ruales earned his Juris Doctor at Roger Williams University School of Law.
Mr. Ruales interned for the Rhode Island District Court. He has provided pro bono services to the Entrepreneur Assistance Program where he helped individuals in business formation and contract law. Mr. Ruales is admitted to practice law in North Carolina. His Chaplin & Gonet practice concentrations include creditor’s rights, subrogation, and civil litigation.
