Mr. Wailes grew up in rural Louisiana before matriculating at University of Louisiana. His love of music propelled him on to obtain graduate degrees in music theory. Mr. Wailes obtained both a Masters and doctorate in music theory at Florida State University. Mr. Wailes then went on to teach college students music theory, imbuing them with his own love of music.
Seeking a new challenge Mr. Wailes attended the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1984. Mr. Wailes has been in practice for over twenty-five years and has focused his practice upon the areas of: insurance subrogation, collections, business law and civil litigation.
